Is the quote really free?
Yes. Site inspections and written quotations are free and carry no obligation. If you proceed, the quoted price is the price you pay, subject only to documented variations you approve in writing.
How long does a quote take?
Most standard renovations and extensions are quoted within 5–10 business days of the site inspection. Larger new-home builds may take longer, and we will always confirm the timeframe up front.
Do I need plans before requesting a quote?
No. Many clients come to us at the idea stage. If you have plans, we can quote from them directly; if not, we can point you toward drafting and design resources as part of the process.
